Do I have to be a member to hire a function room?

Our stylish function rooms are available for anyone to hire for a wide range of occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, christenings, private parties, funerals and corporate events. Corporate members can also enjoy the added benefit of complimentary use of our lounge bar for meetings or social gatherings.

Will we have a function room to ourselves?

Yes - our inviting spaces can be hired exclusively for your event. The spacious lounge bar offers comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere, while the separate dining room provides the perfect setting to enjoy home-made food and quality refreshments. You can choose to hire either space individually or both together, depending on your needs.

What type of catering can you provide?

We offer an extensive catering menu ranging from light refreshments and buffets to formal sit-down meals. All dishes are freshly prepared to order, using local produce wherever possible. Our Head of Catering, John Roberts, and his team are happy to discuss your requests and can accommodate a wide range of special dietary needs.

What practice facilities do you offer?

Our well-stocked bar features a wide selection of beers, spirits, cocktails, and wines, alongside a variety of soft drinks. Tea, coffee, and light refreshments are also available, ensuring something for everyone to enjoy.

Can we have music at our event?

Yes – while we don’t provide a DJ, you are welcome to organise your own - or a live band or performer. We fully welcome music at events and are happy to support your arrangements to ensure your entertainment needs are met.
