Get Into Golf is a welcoming and affordable way to start playing a game that can be enjoyed for life.

At York Golf Club, our Academy is designed to help you learn, develop your skills and enjoy the game in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Our next Step 1 Beginners Academy will start in April, with places available to book now through to March. The cost is £99 per person. The programme is designed for complete beginners, with expert guidance and simple equipment provided.

Our current Step 1 Academy members will progress into Step 2 from August to October 2026, at a cost of £125 per person. If you have already started learning and would like to join the current Step 2 Academy, please get in touch to see if there is a space available.
