How to find us
York Golf Club is situated on the outskirts of the village of Strensall. York has a Northern Ring Road (A1237) and a Southern Ring Road (A64).
Whether you are coming from the North, South, East or West find the easiest route to either the A64 or the A1237.
If you are coming from the North down the A19, head East on the A1237 until you reach the roundabout signposted Strensall then follow the instructions below.
From most other directions it is usually better to go along the A64 to the roundabout and then head West on the A1237 to reach the roundabout signposted Strensall then follow the instructions below.
From the A1237 take the road towards Strensall for approx. 2 miles until you reach the village of Strensall and roundabout at The Six Bells pub, take the 2nd exit and continue for 1 mile then turn left onto Lord’s Moor Lane (there is a golf club ‘brown sign’ at this junction). The entrance to the Clubhouse is approx. 60 yards on your right.
