Team Matches 2025
Introduction.
Men’s and Mixed club matches for 2025 are now available on IG, and our 2025 Captains invite all members to set their availability for each match they are eligible to play in.
Those members who have already joined the squads can either set their availability via the members section on the club website or by selecting the matches section on the IG app as they have done for 2024.
If you have not joined one or both of the squads you must do this first before you can be selected to play. Instructions are given below.
ON THE CLUB WEBSITE (members section)
1. In members section on club website(not the IG app), go into competitions section and in the drop down menu select matches.
2. Select view all squads and select the squads you wish to join.
3.Return to the page with ‘Upcoming matches’ which will show all the ones you are eligible for depending on which squads you have joined.
4. Select set availability for each squad and all the matches for that squad will appear.
5. Set availability accordingly for each match, and save at the bottom of the screen.
That is it , your preferences will be visible to the Captains and Vice Captains, who can then select the teams from all the positive responses.
ON THE IG app
1. Once you have joined the appropriate squad/s ( see above), you can also set availability for each match via the IG app.
2 Open up the IG app and click the matches tab.
3. A list of all the matches you are eligible to play in will appear.
4. Click on each one in turn and select yes/no or maybe for each as appropriate and confirm selection.
That is it , your preferences will be visible to the Captains and Vice Captains in the same way as if you had done this via the club website.
You can off course go in and out and change your preferences at any time, just remember to confirm any changes you make before leaving either the page on the club website or the IG app.
